whats it made of and where can I get the material? I wanna make my own $60 is outrageous.

the gasket that mounts the trottle body or the intake manifold gasket? the intake manifold gasket is only like $11, if it is the torottle body gasket get some m. gasket paper and just cut and trace. if it isn't either of these two then I'm dumb

its a plastic like gasket that sits in between your intake manifold and cylinder head to prevent heatsoak into your intake manifold, thus keeping down your IAT's.

Good luck on trying to duplicate one for cheap

couldnt tell if that was sarcasm or not but I still wanna know what the material is.

pretty sure its lexan. you could make one , but you would need a router and an original, maybe you could make it from the manifold. seems like a lot of trouble, spend the $60.
