hondata help please

ok someone told me that and old 4b can run a obd0? is this true? becouse i have a PR3 so i just want to make sure i can run it ..

Yes, the Stage 4 system can control a OBD0 PR3 ECU. The control is much more limited than an OBD1 ECU though.

what do you mean? can you explain more. is it worth 299? also there is no one near me that can tune this how hard is it to set up ?
