Default hondata with a boost controler

I got a deal on boost controler but befor I buy one I wanted to know how it works with hondata?
I got a 99ls and my set up consist of a t3/t04e, tial wastgate 7psi spring,blah blah
but my probley is that with the stock exhast it dont boost more than 5 unless i unbolt my exhast witch yields 7psi. I am also running the stock 95ls ecu with plans to get hondata and bigger than stock injectors. SO how dose the the boost controler work with hondata if when u get ur car dyno'ed at mabey 10 psi and u turn it up to 12 then things arent tuned to good right??? or can u event use hondata with a boostcontroler

hondata and boost controller are different, you can get either first...

hondata controls fuel and ignition maps etc.

boost controller control the wastegate where its only connected to

Make sure you are tuned for the higher boost before you turn it up.

What kind of management do you have now?

once you go with hondata get a 3 bar map sensor and have someone tune it to 12-14 lbs...
