homemade itbs and nitrous?

im so up in the air about what i want its either itbs or a small shot of juice. i wanted to know everyones opinions on what i should do. its a stock gsr with just a i h e thats all. i was thinkin maybe both but i dont know what problems i would be running into. any thoughts?

seriously going turbo is alot cheaper than nitrous and ITB's in the long run. With a turbo you don't have to pay $45 to keep refilling boost

i was gonna go with some homemade itbs cause i cant afford the $$$ ones. the way i looked at it i could have nitrous for under 500$ (used dry kit) or pay 400 for itbs then tuning.
