Holley fuel pumps are Walboro???
Does anyone know why Holley sells pumps as their own, but they are walboro pumps? Do they do anything to them? I bought a intank pump for my prelude and it cost me about 160. I came to the conclusion it was the wrong pump anyway, for 92-98 'tegs and 92-95 civics. Today the place refunded my money and last night I ordered one from a walboro dealer for $113. Whats up with that???
Kinda like Honda passport= Izuzu rodeo, but the rodeo is alot cheaper. Since Izuzu makes them for honda, Honda has to mark it up. Same with walbro and Holley.

wow, but how can they legally do that?(holley) I mean, wouldn't they have to change something, or rebadge it with their name?
Something doesn't sound right about them taking an $80 pump, adding a sticker and warranty info, and charging double. I can see if they improve it, or even make a change. I was also under the belief that the oldschool(v8) pumps were holley made, not just repackaged.
Things that make ya go hmmm...............

Yes, very true statement; but cheap isn't always better.
I have heard so many nightmare stories of people getting the wrong fuel pump, or a crappy one for that matter. I decided to "step-up" a level, and i almost got burnt.
The legality behind it is what i'm interested in, I think I may just contact Holley for the accurate answer.
