Since I change my 2.5" downpipe > stock 2.25" mid system > 3" muffler to a 2.5"-3" downpipe and straight through custom made 3" system I've noticed that on high speed runs at the top end, like 130mph+ 7-8krpm I get hesitations as tho the BOV is stuttering opening and closing repeatedly even when I'm constantly on the throttle. This did not happen when I had the stock 2.25" system but is only happening now with the new 3" system.

I'm thinking that it might be that the spring setting on the SSQV is a little loose discharging the air up top when it should really stay shut. Is the bolt at the back of the SSQV the adjustment for this? Turning it clockwise will tighten it?

Any thoughts as to why I'm getting this hesitation?
