hks 40mm WG

Is the spring adjustable via a boost controller or is it like the tial and you cant adjust boost unless you swap springs? I didnt notice any vacuum ports on it

I'm pretty sure it's adjustable with a screw. You can usually only go with about 5lbs of whatever spring is in it though.

So no boost control on the fly? does the mean I no longer need to buy a boost controller?
