hahaha...yeah i have a house on lake leelanau which is about 30 min from traverse. i just got back here to AZ from being up there all summer like 2 weeks ago. i will be up there for xmas though and all next summer. we should get together.

What are the advantages of the SideWinder manifold?

It looks as if you'd have a ton more room for an a/c compressor. Is that what it's for, or am I completely off base?

haha, that piping is a Tail pipe section off an 02 Chevy duramax diesel. Like $40 from Napa Custom Intake manifold, made by me, and that engine was traded for the H22 thats in my Del Sol. It is now a two cylinder wonder. Compression #s: 230, 180, 220, 125. Detonation 0wnz me
On a side note, we spent around 4 hours taking the SpeedPro out of Jens car. What a mess, Virens specialty is OBVIOUSLY NOT wiring(we got the car from Viren). Hondata is goin in-place of it, because she wants a stock idle. Oh darn, i get a hand-me-down
So: Jens car is now w/Hondata.
My car is dead(block awaiting sleeves/pistons), and will be running on SpeedPro after I finish my lil conversion
Project M-E/RWD Del Sol begins as soon as my shop is up! I expect a two week completion date...of course a documentary of sorts will be collaborated during buildup

 

Is it just me or is Cody's WELDING getting much much much better? Very impressive and it's cool your girl is into it too.

what welder do you use? brand, model ect. i was lookin into TIg welders and they are kinda salty... just wanted to know from you because of the good lookin welds. thanks

 

Both del sol's look great. I have to admit, I like her setup just a little bit more. Either way, they are both awesome cars. Let us know what kind of HP #'s and quarter mile times those cars run.
