Default high flow cat on turbo

I have a Civic with a D16 motor with Greddy kit pushing 6lbs of boost. I still have the stock cat on with a Greddy exhaust. My question is what kinda power would I gain from going to a high flow cat such as Random Technologies? Is it worth the $200 for a new cat? TIA

I think that would be your most bang-for-the-buck mod at this point.

Some of us just ditch the cat all together, but I didn't say that.
