That is only true if the head doesn't flow enough, your turbo isn't efficient enough and the rest of the setup has alot to do with it.

All these "real racecars" that are boosting 30-35 psi, they are using some big camshafts with alot of overlap.. it isn't dialed out. This isn't something good for a street type setup, but it will be fine for a all out, 6-12k racecar. IF the setup flows.

Its all about a COMPLETE COMBINATION not just a heap of parts thrown together,current turbo's,exhaust manifolds,intake manifold designs,injectors,fuel,management systems,porting,and data that we have all aquired from testing allows high comp turbo setups to be a fun daily driven engines.AND CAM PROFILES that are now on the market
