high compression fouling plugs?

can an 8:1 compression ratio foul plugs quickly with a greddy 19t turbo kit? also how big injectors would run the 19t to its full potential? i have 310s now and they are running lean until about 4500 rpm

compression ratio has nothing to do with fouling plugs. are they fuel fouling?
