Default HELP!!! Replaced headgasket, still doing the same thing!

Ok, I just changed the headgasket on my 97 prelude due to the motor was overheated and blown. I fired it up today, it sounds weird, the way it cranks is not like before, it's supposed to be like "chu chi chi chi"-Fire. now it's like "chu chi"-Fire. got what i'm saying??

it idles and revs fine, but same sympton like before, lots of white smoke coming out from the exhaust. fresh Mobil One turned into milkshake in less than 1 minute.

bad compression on all four cylinders:

#1 120psi
#2 90psi
#3 90~psi
#4 140psi

AAAAHHHH.... WHAT THE FVCK IS IT??? someone please help me!!!

I dont know man, but I would think its your compression. Maybe your ringlands are bad.

AAAHHH... hope not... but, i did hear some metal scratching noise when the motor is blown... if the sleeve is cracked, is it still repairable?

due to the motor was overheated and blown.
What was the cause of the overheating, etc.? Did you check the deck and the head for straightness before reassembling? Could have warped something. Or like Art said, cracked sleeve or head. It looks, by your numbers, that cylinders 2 and 3 are sharing some common airspace

cause? the lower radiator hose popped and lost all the coolant, I kept driving it for at least 30 mins after i found out the car was overheating, i believe i traveled for at least 30 miles with no coolant.

I did wipe off all the dirt from the head and the deck before i put them back together. I don't see any damage to the head and the deck. If it's #2 and #3 cylinders, the cylinder wall looked very smooth, i set piston #1 at TDC before i pull the head off, so I could see the whole cylinder wall on #2 and #3.

Ouch That hurts to just read.

You usually can't see warpage. It has to be checked with a machinist's staight edge. I'd put money on the head being warped with the amount of heat it incured. Also, with that sort of heat, you probably glazed your cylinder walls (read: bad ring seal) which would cause your over all low compression numbers. A hone (or bore if really bad) would be needed to cure that. Seen it done many times.

But I can only guess.
