What is it... remember, I am new to the world of honda tuning... please contain your laughter for the real world... I am serious and need to know.

all it is, is an EPROM, earasable programmable something or other, it just recieves and sends signals to the computer with you burned program, hence making it tunable, erasable and programable for other fuel maps. you burn many different programs during the tuning session, run the car and make changes, i dont know if this helped but for further assistance i would go to hondata.com and just look around
