Help me prove this MECHANIC wrong please.
sorry, this is not FI related, someone can move it if you want. But this is the forum i am always reading and posting in, so if yall could help me, i would appreciate it.
first off, this is why i hate this shop:
there was this lady that went their b/c her check engine light was on, supposedly al they did was take out the check engine light bulb so the light would not come on. later her car finally gave way and the lady found out what had happen. there suppost to be getting sued for it!
Okay, there is this very popular shop in Ga called Mahdavi motorsports.
i personally hate them.
but in a recent threads in their forum titles "NEED PSI",
they claim they have never seen a honda engine over 200 psi.
the mechanic is ARASH
my handle is B18C1
can yall read this and see what im missing here?is it me who is stupid or them
b/c from my understanding stock GSR's make over 200 easily if in good shape.

if i am right, would anyone like to argue with me,i really hate that shop and just dont want more people to get ripped off.
they have kicked me from their forum due to this, LOL, owell. ill get another ID.

maybe they're doing their compression tests cold, while you're doing it when warm...
that could explain the difference....
aren't u supposed to do it w/ the engine hot tho?

I do my compression tests cold. 200psi corresponds rougly to 9:1~9.5:1 compression. A normal compression number for stock compression is 220~230 when I do them cold.
