Default Help? Greddy Profec B

Here is the problem. i just got a used Greddy Profec B boost controller and i am thinking something is missing. I want to know what i am missing and if i really need it?

It looks like you have all the necessary compenents minus the vacuum lines which can be bought at any auto parts store, and the little filter that is supposed to go inline on the vacuum line coming from the unit, which I don't think is truly necessary. How's that for a run-on sentence.

what about the line that goes into the charge pipes? do i have to rig that up?
