I have a Garrett Turbo that came off a 83-88 760 Volvo is is water cooled. The model # is TB0363. Also they say it had internal WG at 7PSI is there anyway to have and external WG?

Would anyone know what flange that this would bolt to?

These are the specs I found on it. Exhaust AR .48 Intake AR .42

Obviously I don't know much about the boosting world and if someone can give me some assitance I would be greatful. Any other suggestions, opinions or facts would be appreciated if they are constructive.
