Default Help, confused on which Plug to use

03 Accord 2.4, the stockers are actual iridium plugs, more specific:

OE Laser Iridium
IZFR6K11

modification, the usual I/H/E, so forth so forth. The motor is still stock, new motor, no internal upgrades yet... I'm running a single fogger NX wet kit, 100 hp shot with one size bigger fuel nozzle, a lil richer, but a lil safer. Trapping 100.XX mph consistant.

the stock iridium plug is throwing me off, what should I grab for running nitrous. Probably two sizes colder for that shot, but which part number??? I currently have Zex hyperformance plugs in, but I would like to have a spare set of NGK's or something, I've heard they'll run a lot better than Zex's.

id use a colder plug at the track only. on the street you car will waste fuel and run crappy.

you dont use nitrous on public roads do ya?

Never used it on the road, that's illegal : )

Typically only at the track, considering a shot that big with purging eats a tank within 8-10 runs and refills are not that cheap. And getting caught with nitrous is a little risky.

I leave the plugs in for summer, since I'm at the track almost every other day. For example, went yesterday, going tomorrow.

I'm trying to figure out how to gauge plugs, determine want to run for colder plug, the iridium that is OE is throwing me off.

is your car a v6? prolly why its irridium plugs. they last longer, but I would just use regular NGK copper plugs 1 or 2 steps colder.

2.4 = four cyclinder, but thanks to some local tuner shops, I got ahold of a book to understand the character scheme on the plugs, for two steps colder I'm looking for a

IZFR8K 11 (two steps colder)

Instead of stocker, IZFR6K 11
