I just finished my friends custom turbo setup, and the ecu is throwing a code 13 barometric pressure. The car runs fine at half throttle it evens biulds boost, but once more than half throttle is applied it starts to stuter and act as if the map is sensing boost. I am not sure what to do and I am getting frustrated I have swaped and changed all the vacums tring to see if anything will help but nothing has helped. the car is a 90 integra if that helps any input needed, thanks.

 

Code 13, if I'm not mistaken is Baro Sensor. It's inside the ecu.

 

step 1: try to reset it and do this...put the car in 4th gear...from a stop, floor it for about 15 secs. Try not to stall it...just keep florring it for about 15 sec...

if it doesn't come on, do STEP 2: at idle, rev the gas to about 3000 rpm and hold it there until fan comes on once...

if it doesn't come on again, then don;t worry about it...it may sense a lil vac leak and it was having a hard time adjusting data to the ECU..

if the cel comes on on step 1 or step 2, re-check the CEL to see if it throws other code, it is usually associated with other code liek TPS, MAP, IAC, or anythign with throttle.

if no other cel comes on but the code 13, try swapping ecu.

do you have a boost gauge ? what's the vac reading at idle ?

yah i have the same problem. i throw the baro sensor every now and then
