Default Help with B20 turbo..

Hey guys, I need some help with a b20 turbo setup. I'm looking to see if anyone has a site on any B20 turbo setups. I know there are a few on the board, but the one I remember is currently not available. Anyone have any troubles installing the turbo, anything that had to be custom? I'm looking at the Drag III turbo kit right now. Anyone have any advice or can tell me about their setup.

only thing I would recommend is a LS intake manifold or better, and keeping the boost levels sane. Is this to be a VTEC head or stock?

What do you suggest for the "or better" manifold?

This car will just be daily driven and I will most likely be keeping it around 10psi or less unless I have more than just a stock bottom end. I should be buying the block soon so I can do some upgrades before I install it. Any suggestions? This will 99% never be a CRVTEC. I dont have any plans for it since I'm sure the b20 turbo will be enough.

I would choose a Skunk2 manifold for improved daily driving performance and affordability. You want more than that, look into a sheet metal type intake manifold. HTH

If its a spare block and your only gonna run 10 psi, maybe rebuild it to stock specs if it needs it, look into Hondata for tuning...your internals should be just fine if it is tuned. The new JG/Elderbrock Victor X manifold is lookin real nice, but is not out yet. Skunk 2 should do you fine.

Well I'm going to pick up either a JDM block, or pick one up at a junk yard. Depending how quickly I need it and which I can get cheaper.

Well for awhile I plan only to run 10psi, but we all know we get to use the power and that we want more. 10psi will probably be good enough for the summer, and then in the winter I could add more internals.

So you think with the Skunk2 Manifold, Hondata Turbo, and some tuning I should be alright for the tuning? Or just incase should I build up some more...For this summer I'm not looking for a 300hp+ motor....

Thanks guys for the help, and if you can lend me anymore it would be appreciated...

I had a CRVTEC witha T04X turbo with DRAG manifold. The compressor housing was so big I had to cut a bit of the webbing on the block.

I've heard of this happening before, how much did you have to remove?

I'm currently running a B20 with a pretty big T3/T4 turbo. Had to cut off a huge chunk off the webbing of the block.
