Default help with b16b

has anyone put a turbo on a b16b and ran it at a low psi without damaging the engine? im still debating if it is worth putting one on mine but i have heard so many bad things about turboing this engine. someone please give me some pointers.

it is no different that turboing an ITR.
it is all in the tuning.

i am no turbo expert, but the t3/t4 we have on friends type r is good. i am hearing alot about the disco potato. i think this is the size everyone is talking. it is good for low power levels. GT28RS
