HELP: 94 civic boosting problem

my 94 civic ex has the greddy turbo kit and missing link sometime boost kicks in and then others there is no boost. what i mean is the car is boosting but i don't feel the power and other time i can? help

boost leak?

Need more info. Like plugs and what is there gap. Fuel management, injectors, stuff like that.

i don't that it boost leak it always boosting stock everything 310 injectors,fmu,s-afc
that about it
