Default headgasket for boost?

are NAPA headgasket stong enough for boost??im running 6-9psi....i looked at NAPAs gasket and looks pretty good 3layers of metal...cause i dont want to pay $200 at the dealer

do all LS motor use the same gasket??

i thought oem was 80?

i got my b20 headgasket sraight from the deal for $51

your being had by whoever your going to (maybe he meant a gasket set???)

If you blow out a 3-layer, either your boosting a LOT or something else is wrong, ie warped head, weak head bolts.

all ls headgaskets are the same but i think the oil passage diameters may be slighly different from the newer to the older...either way it doesnt matter which one u use theyll both work with zero problems

hey i was just thinking its around 150-200 for the whole top end gasket kit right? maybe thats what the price was for? i know i went to buy the valve cover gasket at autozone and the thing costs more than from the dealer normal price. i only use the 25% on big stuff cuz it takes a day to get normally. i normally need that **** that day. of course im gonna use it when i get the oem top and bottem end gasket kit with bearings and itr vc cuz ill prolly save a bill.
