Default Which headgasket?

I have a type R with 11:1 compression, i plan to run stock internals for a while, what size hg should i get? I want it to be reliable and if possible 300 whp.
3mm is a lot?

Is this the forced induction forum? Just go with an OEM headgasket. You can still turbo an 11:1 compression car you just can't run as much timing.

of course im going turbo, and no, running stock compression is out of the question i wanna squeeze some power out of it.

If stock compression is out of the question then get some lower compression pistons and still use an OEM head gasket. Using double thick gaskets is not the way to lower compression.

cant go wrong with OEM. ive had nothing but problems out of the past 4 cometics ive used...lol!
