Head works

What sort of head works do I need to rev a B16A to 10,000 rpm. Do I need to change the type of valves etc. If I need to change parts what do you recommend?

Why do you want to rev that high? Do you have a turbo / setup that will make power all the way to 10k or do you just want to say you can rev that high?
