What company does everyone recommend going with to get their head work done ?? It's a B18C1 head...

I would reccomend Endyn as my first choice. Second would be Port Flow.

I understand there are a lot of varibles involved, but how much more whp will a pp job yeild me ?

mild street port 5-15

fully built PP head with upgraded valvetrain could get you as much as 50WHP.

50whp at super high psi. On average though 10-15whp. Do it yourself, its really not that hard.

I cleaned up the combustion chamber and deshrouded the valves a little. I was thinking earilier about how deburring piston domes/valve relief reduces hot spots...Does anyone know if anyone does anything with the sparkplug threads ??

dont touch that, or else u will mess it up and not be able to screw in ur plugs.

I think he might be reffering to the spark plugs themselves, which would be a very good idea if they are exposed in the combustion chamber! Otherwise, that would be a no-no
