Default Head gasket Question ???

For the second time, I blew up my head gasket... the fact is that head lift where the water port are... only at one spot... I think that this is due to a lot of pressure and heat... Can I put 2 OEM gasket one over the other to reduce my compression level a little bit ? Now I am at 9.0 : 1 with JE piston and boost 15 psi ...

And is it goop to applied copper spray before put the gasket on ???

Do you recommand me an other gasket brand ( I use the OEM one with ARP head studs... )

Thank you for the help

Definetly use 2-3 coats of copper spray.

Have you looked into Cometic HP hg's? I prefer them personally. They have a firering in between the layers that offers extra seal around the bore.
