Default head gasket blowing on dyno

at about 13-14psi and 331hp i keep blowing the head gasket. (pistons are 9:1) had the head resurfaced, oem gasket, and using arp head studs put it back together. just blew it again at the same hp. i'm figuring to pull the motor and check the block for being warped, but anything else i should look for?

what possible tuning issues or problems could cause this? the car is two and a half hours away from me (closest dyno), so i'm having to let that shop do the work and this is getting expensive.

mine did the same thing for about 9 head gaskets worth..ended up being a little to rich along with to much overlap dialed out of the type r cams..once I reset the cam gears and leaned it up some..it has not blown sense.

mine are gsr cams set at stock and the a/f was about 13:1 or a little richer. which i wouldn't think was too rich at all, but what was your a/f like?

That a/f is a little to lean don't you think that MAY be causing or adding
to your problem.

possibly, but it's staying between 12.5:1 and 13:1, and it's only been reved to 7000-7200. they were going to richen it up a little to be safe, but never got the chance. this is the first car i've ever had tuned on a dyno, so i don't know. it is a little lean, but doesn't sound drasticly so to me. but this is my first experience with fine tuning a car.

is the block sleeved? out of the 982739847 blocks ive had sleeved i had one block where one of the sleeves was uneven..you couldnt tell by looking at it. it was the only headgasket i have E V E R had blow on me...so i knew something was wrong. had my machinest come over and look at it. took him a while to figure out and some crazy tools to see it....he ended up paying me for the labor of r&r'ing the motor again...and he fixed it for free.

13:1 is a little lean for a turbo car....but you would melt pistons before a headgasket. i assume your obvioulsy torqing the head correctly, to the correct specs, in the correct order, using the correct lube right? any copper spray?

hope this maybe helps?
