Dude ive got friends with 400whp+ bseries turboed cars. Using only OEM headgaskets. Are your headstuds torqued right? Make sure when you put a new on its a compleltyey clean surface. and if it continues check for machine'ing problems with deck/head.

have you ever machined your head/block?

just from personal experience i know this caused me issues with my turbo'd sohc.
blew hg w/stock studs, then i had the head resurfaced only thinking the block was ok . got arps and slapped it back on, blew another hg. i was just boosting 5lbs w/ an ihirhb5.

head and blosk was resurfaced, ARP studs torched 100Nm. This OEM gasket is not all metal like others honda's. Honda does not make all steel gasket to this engine
