rota grids 17x9 +/- 25, 5x114.3, cant remember( for sale $600) dont like the fitment and dont really want to roll the fenders.

everything went smoothly with the cams, rockers, and tensioner. had to remove the upper timing side torque mount and the serpentine belt just to see the timing marks on the pulley

smoothly enough until one of the bolt to the euro xport tool bent. so were done until we get another bolt machined.

all the goodies

so we got eight of the valves done. then the retainer cup on the euro xport tool bends, then breaks in two. but we did get the pulser plates and gears switched over to the new cams. ow just waiting on the new tool or whatever to come in. the ghey oem valve spring compressor from autozone was useless. sounds like the valve cover is bout to get power coat. and rims are in process of being resold lol

that stuff is ever lasting. it sat overnight, then the next day it kinda ran everywhere , but whatever you touch was just ****** gooie. like when you smash a massive bug.

still in progess.

we started it and got a cam position cel. now after tryin to re align all the marks, tensioner doesnt want to go in cause the guide is pressing back against the tensioner. guide loosens up when the crank isnt at tdc, and the tensioner drops right it. man fucken chains have no give what so ever.

You have the tensioner all the way depressed and locked? It should go straight in . You need to have all the chain slack on the intake side of the motor that way the guide has room to move....

depressed to three teeth. only time we get slack is if its not anywhere near tdc. i think well get back at next weekend.

we didnt have this problem last time apparently cause the pulsar plares werent 100 percent lined up. but the cam gear marks did line up

its Alive!. got the valve cover powder coated, so we had to remove the baffle to clean out the sand. instead of riveting it back in we used 5x12mm pan head screws, then tack welded them to the baffling.and painted the intake.

pics and vids up tomorrow. trying to put a few miles on it, but the weather is back to **** again

whaaaaattt? lol

we just need to button up those leaks. need to get it tuned im ready to feel the top end difference. on his car, you can monster low end, and monster midrange, top end starts to bleed off bout 7800.

truthfully, i miss the skunk2 exhaust. watch the dyno video a second ago, **** was crazy loud lol. the xlr8 has an nice exotic tone though.
