H2B kit for TURBO
whats everyones thoughts on the H2B kit for a high power h22 turbo build. curious as to if it will be worth it. and what are the disadvantages to it if any. If anyone has any opinions on it let me know.

In a boosted application I do not really see a advantage. I feel that most B series trannies will be too short for boost. But then again some of the fastest turbo cars are running b16 trannies. I opted to just build my current H22 tranny for my boosted setup. I am used to the H series tranny which isnt that bad to begin with. Though the B series rod linkage does feel more crisp. Also from what i've heard you'll have better axles placement which will make your chances of snapping a axles less likely. Though my HCP motor mount kit in my 93 EG keeps the axles pretty damb close to straight. Though in a high HP setup the flywheel spacer on the H2b would worry me a little bit. Is the H2B kit even SFI certified?
clutchmasters makes a flywheel specificly for the H2B, so you dont have to use the aluminum spacer.
when you start putting tall tires on your h series you will want the short gear ratios/final drive........

Its not a flywheel scatter shield, so I don't see why it would have to be.
