I was wondering the difference between the I beam and H beam rods.
The goal is 600whp.
Here are the mods as of right now.
Benson stock bore sleeves
P&P head with S-Tech valve train
Type S cams
JE STD 9:1 pistons

But what rods should I use and why?

 

If you want the best, go with Pauter...but it is neither of those shapes
