u sure? here's another picture

 

The T04E has 6 main blades with 12 sub-blades, but as far as the trim I cant tell. For example, a T04E 54 trim means that it's a T4-E family with a 54 wheel package
which is a 2.17" inducer and a 2.95" major. Every trim has different wheels.

 

It does have 6 main blades.. but I think it's a T-series turbo.. as in T61, 66 , etc.

 

Ok with this new picture you posted I will give it another try and say 60-1???

 

A T-60-1 is still a T04B.. which as 7 main blades
