Default GT45?!?!

Has anyone really heard or seen anyone use a GT45 on an LS/V-tec?

70.1mm x 82.5mm inlet, 107.9mm oulet
Compressor - 107.9mm inlet, 86mm outlet
1.05 exducer A/R
0.66 compress A/R
Oil-cooled

I thought about running this turbo on my car. I realize this is pretty much a drag turbo if anything. I just wanted to know if I could even spool this and how much lag I would possibly have. I realize this big of a turbo is gonna be laggy as hell but I wanted a little bit more details on it.

My setup is Wiseco piston, eagle rods, fully machined golden eagle lightweight crank, Darton sleeves, mild p and p b16a head, skunk 2 valvetrain, I have a 3.5" downpipe, and top mount manifold, 1000cc injectors and a 255 H.O. Fuel pump.

You will probably need a new manifold, deffinitally a new downpipe...

You don't need anything bigger than a GT4294 or the 4202 at most. You don't have the supporting motor or fuel to evn consider that turbo.

What is the most power you've ever driven a front wheel drive car at?

yeah obx just likes to put a bunch of mislabeled numbers on there stuff to fool people into thinking they actually make good stuff. kinda like when products use those fancy graphs that really mean nothing.

Actually guys this is my first honda build and I'm glad you guys showed me it was a cheap ebay knockoff. I met a kid at a honda meet the other day, and we talked online and he showed me specs and said he just wanted rid of it. I wanted to go to a garrett GT35 (the real deal) and he said he had a gt45 i thought it MIGHT be a possibility. The turbo im using now is a T3 63ar stage 3 turbine wheel compressor t04e 60 trim. I'm only a noob on this website because I dont really post on here too much. I more so sit back and read and read and read. Normally I can find what I'm looking for on here so I dont have to post. Thanks again guys for your help. Can anyone point me in the right direction for a decent street/drag turbo?

Id go with a gt30 or a gt35r in your application depending on the use of the car.
