gt28rs problem

Just recieved my gt28rs and found that the water lines on the turbo are sealed. What should i do so that i can run the water into it?

^ yea never heard of a sealed water line on a GT series turbo. sure their not just shipping plugs?

Why would anyone go though the trouble to seal/fill water holes? Thats more work put towards a more expensive housing. I also fail to see any benifit from that, as there's very few materials that would fill the holes at room temp and still withstand the temps a turbo chra sees.

Soz guys i noticed the tiny holes in each of the water inlets on the turbo. It just looked like there was nowhere for the water to run through the turbo. You must admit that these holes are barley noticeable.
