Default gsr cams with or without tune?

I'm about to throw some gsr cams in my stock b16 head. Is it wise to get the car tuned agian after the install or is it ok without one.

Yeah, I have seen 8whp from a bolt in and found dyno's online of upwards of 25hp with a tune.

Definitley will need tuned when changing cams or anything involved with the internals of the motor.
