Default Greddy Type R Bov

From what I've seen and heard from a few people, This bov is used only on high boost applications. True or not? I would be using it on a Sohc 10psi 205whp.

There is a soft and stiff spring option soft for low boost applications.

if your're getting it new order one with a soft spring, if used, then asked whoever u get it from if it is or isnt.

well find out if it blows off under 12psi, if it doesnt then its the stiff spring.
