greddy type 24 vs blitz IC

which of these intercoolers would be better for an h22a @ 1 bar?

here are the measurements i have

greddy 24x3x11

blitz 23x20x2.5

It is highly unlikely that there is a Honda or Acura made that can fit a 20" tall intercooler and retain a bumper shell or headlights, so a shorter (height-wise) intercooler might be advisable.
