Default Greddy turbo timer help

Just installed my greddy turbo timer, went exactly from what this link said that I got from H-T http://importnut.net/turbotimer.htm and for some reason the turbo timer works and everything but the car doesn't stay on...

Any ideas as to why the car isn't staying on? I did it just like the pic in the link but spliced the wire becuz my saudering gun sux...

oh yeah and its in my 99 dx

p.s. could it be that I grounded it to a crappy place on the car?

I would assume that the wiring into the ignition is faulty...like you said a bad ground possibly.
