Default Greddy SOHCs w/ eclipse smic?

for people with this setup, was it enough to just cut up the stock piping that came with the kit? or did you need to find additional piping to get it done? i'm pretty sure i'll figure out how to mount and connect it easily enough, i just want to know in advance if i'll need to save up money for extra piping or not. thanks

was thinking that too, but then i thought, depending on how the ends of the IC are arranged, i mite not have to get new piping. the greddy kit comes without IC, so the piping is already made to run from the turbo, around and down, and up through the stock airbox hole all the way to the TB. i was thinking if i could find a sidemount with the inlet and outlet in just the right places, that i could just take out a chunk of the piping where the fender is. really wanna find out from someone with experience tho.

I don't have a Greddy kit (custom) but I have their manifold and a DSM smic. I just had to cut off the bracket that sticks out of the top and cut off 1 inch from the inlet pipe...after that if fit perfectly in the passenger side fender well and I just cut out the backing from the OEM foglight hole on my 93 civic coupe. The intercooler fits perfectly, but I have yet to install the turbo. I'll keep ya posted.
