okay so its my buddies mitsu, but the problem is a blow off valve problem. on the type rs there is a small hole, very small, maybe 1/32 of an inch. well its currently a vacuum leak. is the bladder on the valve leaking? thus pulling air through said small hole?

 

Open up the bov, mostly likely the gasket inside in cracked that why it leaking

 

well we pulled it apart and the bladder is ripped...
