Default Greddy Injectors?

Has anyone used any of Greddy's Injectors to replace the stock ones? I got the 550cc ones (I'm using the AEM EMS) and they fit in the rail fine, but they won't totally fit in the manifold. Anyone have a suggestions?

they should fit the rail and manifold fine. The greddy injectors works really well in honda apps. check the seal on the bottom of the injector. try using a different sized oring.

well, the little rubber seal off the stock injectors fit on the injectors, but won't fit in the manifold. I called greddy and they were no help. they said that "our injectors are for secondary injectors, not primary."

I'm in the same delemma as you right now. I'm using the 720cc's and what I think I'm gonna do is put the injectors into the rail, put the clips in and just start to bolt the rail down and force them in.

I did something similar with DSM 450's on a B16A1 fuel rail.

It didn't quite line up, and the injectors were slightly longer, so I just backed off the studs in the manifold (so more was sticking out) and popped the injectors into teh rail and use 2 rubber rings at the base of each injector, then slowly and evenly tighetned the rail down until everything was snug. It worked perfectly and the car runs and idles perfect.

I'm wondering if forcing them down is going to work though.. does anyone know where I could find the rubber piece that will fit?

Try RC. I believe they sell that kind of stuff.
