Default Greddy 310cc injectors

Well I had sold my old injectors from my greddy turbo kit to a buddy of mine for his SOHC. Is there a difference as far as fitment issues? He says they don't fit which means I need to give back his money. Please let me know what's up guys,

Nick

Btw I am selling them for 175+ shipping if anyone is interested without clips. IM me with any questions. thanks again.

They use virtually identical rails, I can't imagine why it wouldn't fit?

Well, maybe they're like RC injectors. They don't fit onto the stock rail like the OEM injectors so, but they fit none the less. The big cusion ring actually sits outside the manifold, just above where the stock ones sat and create a seal above the manifold opening for the injectors. Took me forever and a day to figure it out too, I was pretty pissed thinking these injectors didn't fit my car till I figured the cusions go on TOP of the manifold instead of IN the manifold.

Confused on that one..gotta pic?

I picked up some rc 310s today from a 2000 itr, and i'm trying to put them on my 97 dx. i was told it should go right in, but i'll need the clips to make em work..however..they wouldn't fit into those black circle grommets on the manifold.

please help thanks!!!

you can do a few things the get them to fit.

use a dremel with a barrel sander and sand out some of the material in the center of the grommet, when you clamp the rail down it will seal with no problems.

what rc recomended to me was to put the grommets in the manifold, put some oil on them, then put the rail on top of them, line it all up,then just start bolting in the rail, they will be forced in that way,i dont like this way because you risk torquing off a bolt.

i would just sand them out in the middle.although i did do what rc told me and they fit just fine.

When I installed my RC 310's they were also a little tough to fit with the o-ring. I was eventually able to muscle them in.
