Default got some ?'s

I just traded my h22 accord, for a 93 hatch LS turbo. It has a hondata 2B system on it. But it is tuned at 5lbs. I am plannig to get a wideband O2 kit(probably the techedge 2.0 system) I have been trying to learn about the hondata, and it is pretty confusing to me. Am I able to make adj from the hondata unit itself? or would I have to get a SAFC, so I can do AF adj. I dont wanna have to buy something that I will not be needing. Any help would be great! Thanks

does pocket programmer eliminate the need for a laptop? You still need the chip burner though, right?
