Default Got some Dyno time

well i had a chance to hit up the dyno one time before i put the car away so i figure why not since it hasnt been on a dyno yet. this car was only tuned on the street so i know the graph doesnt look real good and it needs a couple spots ironed out. im looking to get back to the dyno after winter to finish up the street tune and turn the boost up to 23-25psi on race gas for the track.so heres the set up.

B18C5
GE sleeved block
9.0:1 compression
eagle rods
inline pro manifold
Gt30r turbo@15psi
spearco intercooler
head and cams are stock
sunoco 94 octane fuel

heres the link to the dyno sheet.if someone knows how to resize this feel free, i didnt want to post a billboard sized pictures.

also heres a video of the dyno run

yea, its a pretty interesting set up. this was the first time i seen one in person but i liked it. no wasted time trying to center the car and have straps running over everthing.

After allmost going off a dynojet in a freinds car, i was leary of roller dynos.

Then when mike got his dynapac, he was making calls trying to find a 2wd car to dyno. I was actually on that dyno a few days after he got it in. They were having a hell of a time getting the packs on and off, but I think they've gotten a lot better.

I did about 9 or 10 testing pulls on that thing on a 80 degree summer evening. I didn't shut my motor off for 2 hours. If they still have it set up in the upper shop, the burn marks on the floor are from my cutout LOL.

If you didn't get a chance to do loading on the dynapac, your going to love it when you do. Especially on a honda ecu which is tuned by map pressure vs rpm. Just set the dyno to hold you at a certian RPM and you can tune it at any MAP value at that rpm. Its truly amazing!

them numbers are what i been running with all this year, there was no tuning, i just wanted to see what horsepower i was making before i put the car away. after winters over we'll take it to a dyno a clean up these numbers and tune it for high boost/race fuel numbers.

iROCKtheSOHC- thanks

danl- we didnt have a chance to do anytuning, it was just to see what the car dynoed at with just tuning it on the street. that loading sounds perfect, i hipe to get it tuned before i bring it out in the spring. Nate didnt have to much trouble getting the packs on and off the car , hes has some sorta funky "bump and grind" thing going on that seems to work pretty good, i didnt know if should just stare, help him, or throw in a techno cd.

its my favorite. i love this turbo,im sure im gonna love it more when i get more boost out of it. they way the car is set up now, on 225/50/15 bfg drag radials the car went 12.02@119mph. first and second gear traction was almost non existant. more boost and slicks are planned for next year.......then axles haha.
