yeah i got my JG intake mainfold. and yeah all that came in the box was the mainfold... !! no plugs no fuel rail no nufffin !! farkin JG.. im going 2 get rocket 2 follow this up for me.. but i hav't had time 2 document eveything... not that i needed the stuff that did't come with the mainfold... but hell i stil want it.. !!

JG= Just Garbage.... thats what they sell. my friend got a motor from them and it is a pile of crap i wouldnt let them look under my hood for fear my motor would cease up by them looking at it.

 

looks like a class action suite .... good luck getting some more ppl to share their stores... shouldnt be to hard to find em.. sadly there are many out there. Take them down!!!

 

You should send a letter saying that you are going to sue. Maybe it'll scare some sense into them.

I was waiting for a fax from JG, well...still am. Explaining I want my full refund in writing, no more bull ****!

I finally called them Friday and got ahold of Miguel late. He told me he spoke with Javier and he explained that he will refund me in full but I have to pay the shipping charges back to Cali from MI.

First off-I don't believe a ******* word out of those mother f#$#$#ckers anymore. Because if that was true I would've been wired the money or contacted immediatly. I have to call them it seems to try to encourage them to handle this.

Well, tuesday I am meeting with my lawyer and I AM GOING TO SUE!!!!!!

I am not playing around no more and they messed with the wrong guy. I know I won't see the money because a hand full of people are fighting with JG right now. And they have been waiting and fighting with them as long or longer than I have.

I will get intouch with the people that emailed me and I will handle this!

If I am known as the guy that took down JG so be it, I'm sure there are people that are happy with the work they performed, but there is also a hela lot of people that got fucked by them, and I will represent!

 

Answers to the rest of the questions why I didn't get it done locally was that there is nobody in Michiganto do it. Dart blocks are not available yet and my friend has production NO. 1 Dart block. Keep in mind all this happened 3 months ago when I needed a motor done to finish the rest of my race season, Javier told me 3 weeks so I went for it.

I built my first motor and a good friend of mine works at a race engine shop. the owner didn't want to fiddle with resleeving so I just got rods and pistons. He said he's resleeved thousands of blocks and that's not a problem but he doesn't do import stuff and he didn't want to play with the honda block. When I assembled that short block I coul spin the crank. That motor is still running today in another car. The JG block that I recieved took two of us to move the crank roughly 25-30 degrees...everything is way overtightened.

 

theyre not gonna refund your the money until you send back the block and they recieved it..did you sent it back already? the faster you send it the faster youll be refunded,hopefully 100%..also,id only use a lawyer to draft some threating letters but as far as sueing them,lol,good luck,i hope your planning to travel to CA with your lawyer a few times when u take them to court cause thats where the case will be held if you sue them.

I see you are from Rochester Michigan where all the little spoiled rich kids live. why don't you have your mommy drive you down to Taylor and let us turn you into a real man. Your layer doesn't love cases like this, he loves saps like you who give all your money to him all because you got a black block instead of the pink one you wanted. Guess what, the color of the motor doesn't determine the speed of the car.

never gonna happen. i know it makes you feel better to say your lawyer "loves this kinda stuff" but he really loves your dumb *** pumping him full of money for a case you won't win.

As it stands so far:
you paid JG to build a motor
they did not build it to your specs or to your liking
you contacted them and alerted them of the problem
they offered a full refund of your money (minus ship fees)
instead of shipping back the block, you requested a fax re-instating what you had already spoken about.
they have not faxed.

sounds like one hell of a lawsuit to me. what are you gonna get out of them? your money back? you already got that.
did you read that everyone sues now so you thought you'de try your hand at it?
