got my dyno sheets up
here is my dyno sheet
the blue is my baseline at 12psi
my build thread is right here
https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1726335
major boost leaks and charge pipes coming off hendered our tuning to make more power ill be going back with all v band charge pipes and msd external coil cause ignitiion was breaking up a bit up high as u can see the graph gets jumpy .. that line that goesbackwards and looks funny is tq steer this is on a dyno dynamics dyno it reads 15% lower than a dyno jet so im proud of this number from a y7 non -vtec heres some youtube vids.. enjoy
Ohh yah 255ftlbs i need to get that sheet up too

Re: got my dyno sheets up (hitatree.at125mph)
Dyno Dynamics do not ALWAYS read 15% lower than Dynojets. In my case it read 8% lower. Made 317whp and 240ft-lbs on the Dyno Dynamics before I ran into a couple problems
Dyno looks good up to 5600RPM. Get that thing back to the dyno with the problems fixed

are you sure that breaking up is due to ignition and not poor tuning at higer RPMs? If your graph really is looking like that due to breaking up, how would someone go about fixing it using stock ignition?

i believe it is a 57 trim turbo.
good to see more nice numbers for the single cam guys
hopefully you can get injectors sealed right and the couplers to stay on and make some more power.

my distrib is old as the car hah i had to hit the rotor with some sand paper to get the thing started when i put the motor in.. its 9 years old .. same plug wires same dist cap and rotor .. ill be getting the msd external coil with cap rotor and wires to fix this problem.. using the stock ignition i would replace the old distrib and wires and you should be good but i dont wanna burn up coils like some guys do and have to change it yearly thats why im upgrading plus im gonna get the msd 6al and msd 2 step so it really essential .. same size as kellys 57 trim : custom pipes are already in the works and v band everything

Yeah, the 60 is better at making more power than the 48, but the 48s usually make alot more tq. dont get me wrong, 255 tq is good, but if you were using a .48, i wouldnt be suprised if you put a 270tq and 280whp.

Really impressive man...I have a stock y7 that should be turbo-ed by spring or so. Starting off with an intercooled greddy kit and eventually (hopefully) upgrade it with some forged pistons, rods, and a gt28rs (I believe that's the turbo that will bolt right up). Nice *** numbers though, I bet that torque kicks ***.

I hope your friend double checks to make sure that sound is not coming from the motor. Would hate to see a nice motor get blown up!!!

damn, it took you guys 22psi to get to 280! your tune must be conservative as hell. I wonder how much boost its gonna take me to get to 300whp with a 57trim .60/.48ar turbo!

depending on if you have any headwork i would say 300 on a dynojet at 20-23 psi
