Poeple rave about the fullrace kit here at honda tech.
It is a really nice setup. If you don't mind kissing your air conditioner goodbye.
If I wasn't keeping my a/c, I would have gotten this fullrace manifold. It's really nice.

ok thanks alot now my bro wants to do it in him gsr integra he got a greddy turbo kit and wants that.what setup should i do to my civic sir or gsr and the full race kit?

Yes, You will be very happy with the Full-Race kit. IF you are willing to lose AC. It is definaly worth the extra money. You get what you pay for. You gotta pay to play
