Good small turbo for low boost
I've been looking at small turbos for my H23. Right now, I'm eyeing an IHI RHB5 VJ11 (626 and Probe GT) and VJ-17 (80's Thunderchicken). I'm only looking for about 4 or 5 PSI. Enough to push me to 200whp. Anyone have much experience with either of these?

200 will not be enough once you get there. BELEVE ME.
i dont know much about turbo specs. but smaller turbo t25.
