You should make ~400whp at a bit over 20psi with taht turbo on 93 octane. I don't knwo about resleeving though, a local shop loves doing these 400whp max-out-pump-gas builds, and they have plenty of b18's with such and stock sleeves.

As for the block, I'd have it all balanced, cleaned, and built with excellent clearances. I'd also go with neptune for the ems, since I doubt you're the kind that will tune his own ems.

Looks Good.

I was wondering the same thing myself about sleeving my stock b18c1 block.

A mechanic buddy said IF I wasn't going to boost more than 12psi, not to sleeve the block because the the block is girdled. True?

I'm going with Super Tech valve train on my setup.

Good Luck on the build

with a great turbo kit ie: full race stage 4 on a high boost application with great engine management and tune you could be looking at somewhere around those lines of power per psi of boost however

it depends on your motor and turbo kit greatly as to how much power you might be making per psi.

i would say 10-15 on a good turbo kit, less on a crappy one

sounds like hes talking about the peakboost kit??

anyway sleeving the block is not necessary imo with good tuning 400whp should be more than safe. 81.5mm bore FTW

yes the block has a 3 point girdle, and there is no set 12 psi to decide to sleeve or not to sleeve, i guess its all about where u feel comfortable.

as far as ecu, find out who u want to tune it and make sure they can tune with what ECU setup u want to bring them.
