Default Golden Eagle Vacuum Manifold install???

Hey...

I'm gonna install a Golden Eagle Vacuum Manifold.....
I noticed there are two .5 inch openings, one on each side.....
Can I run the brake booster line to one end and out the ther end...????
or do I have to "T" off the brake booster line and into the vacuum
manifold and seal up the other end of the vacuum manifold???

Make sure you hook into your brake booster line to the LEFT of that damn check valve. I had no idea there even was one. None of my vacuum powered stuff worked. The check valve is in the area of the hose that's just a little bit fatter than the rest of the hose.
As far as how to run it...both ways you described would work just fine.

Say I'm only going to use 3 or the 4 ports. Do I just cap off the one I'm not using? I have mine on the way so when it gets here I'm sure I'll have a better idea. I just noticed everyones using all 4 and was curious.

There's no need for plugs. The holes are sealed. You have to drill open the ports you want to use.

I ran my vacuum manifold off of the nipple on the intake manifold that used to be for my PCV. Easier than teeing into the brake booster.

Is there any difference in the vacuum readings by doing it this way? I'm about to install my Blox IM, and wondering how i should connect the Vacuum Mani.

Thanks

yes, it will read vaccum if you're not boosting yet. I have a boost/vaccum gauge on my car now with no boost.

You tapped into the vacuum line coming from your MAP sensor?

The MAP sensor should have a dedicated vacuum source.. it's probably the most integral part of your car running related to vacuum.
